Shipping coverage
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days from dispatch.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free of cost on all Cash on Delivery orders across India.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Undelivered / RTO shipments
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the door or remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be marked as Return to Origin. Repeated RTOs from the same customer may result in Cash on Delivery being disabled for future orders.
