Return window
You may raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests raised after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unwashed and unaltered.
- All original tags, packaging and accessories must be intact.
- Innerwear, socks and baby-hygiene items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
- Products damaged by misuse or normal wear are not eligible.
How to raise a return
Email jaygopalcreatiion@gmail.com with your reference number (e.g. JGC-2026-000123), the reason for return, and a clear photograph of the product. Our team will confirm eligibility within 48 business hours.
Reverse pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no charge. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you may courier the product to our Surat address and we will reimburse standard courier charges up to ₹120.
Refund method
Since your order was paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer to an account you nominate. Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of the returned product being received and inspected. Bank processing typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.
Exchange
You may request an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you will be offered a full refund.
