Cancellation window
Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled — you may however refuse the delivery at the door or raise a return within 7 days of receipt.
How to cancel
Email jaygopalcreatiion@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Order <Reference Number>". Include your reference number (e.g. JGC-2026-000123). Our team will confirm the cancellation within one business day.
Cancellations by us
JAY GOPAL CREATION reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- There is an error in the price or product description.
- The delivery pin code is not serviceable.
- We suspect the order to be fraudulent or placed in bad faith.
In such cases you will be notified by email and no charges will apply.
Repeated cancellations
Customers who repeatedly cancel or refuse Cash on Delivery orders may have their COD facility disabled at our discretion.
